1) Discovery Phase
2) Planning Phase
6-8 weeks
Our planning phase takes up to 6-8 weeks and begins after the signature of the Design Proposal and deposit of our conceptual design retainer. Our team then begins pulling together mood boards and sketches along with material selection samples to create an overall design direction and to begin to form a design budget. We then invite you to join us at our studio, or virtually, for a Design Concept Presentation to ensure we are all on the same page about the design direction.
Once the client approves the design concept, we then create proposals and move on to the Sourcing and Ordering Phase. Any crucial information is then relayed to your GC or builder, and we prepare for the third and final phase . . . Implementation.

Full-service interior design is a turn-key service that takes the project from concept to completion. We take care of every detail—from sourcing items to working with tradespeople and even coordinating orders and deliveries. At the end, we install the new design and all that’s left for you to do is enjoy your new space.

We love being inspired by clients from all over! Essentially, all of our services can be conducted virtually as well.

We present all the details during an in-person/virtual presentation. We provide as many samples as possible and walk you through the proposed design.
There is one revision per design phase built-in to the design process. We love client feedback and are always open to amending the design to be exactly what you envisioned but, please note, multiple revisions will adjust our initial estimate.
-
Project scopes often take new turns. In this case, we reevaluate your current workload with the projected new workload and communicate to our client our new estimate before moving forward. The key is open, honest communication!
